RM Group and Resources Limited trading as AR(C6) offers dietary health supplements and skincare products.

This Order Cancellation and Refunds Policy explains when orders for dietary health supplements and skincare products may be cancelled and how refunds are handled. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and should be read with the Shipping and Returns Policy and Payment Policy.

1. Cancellation before dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting customer support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, packed, or handed to the carrier, AR(C6) may cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation after dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, immediate cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the customer may need to receive the parcel and follow the return procedure, subject to product eligibility and applicable consumer law.

3. Consumer cancellation rights

Where mandatory law provides a cooling-off or distance-selling cancellation right, eligible consumers may exercise that right within the applicable legal period. However, exemptions may apply, including for sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and for other categories excluded by law.

4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, expired, or not as ordered, the customer should contact AR(C6) promptly with details of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and local law, the customer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair where relevant, or another appropriate remedy.

5. Refund conditions

Refunds may be refused, reduced, or adjusted where the returned product is ineligible, excessively handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, incomplete, or returned outside the stated timeframe, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights in relation to faulty goods or other mandatory statutory remedies.

6. Refund timing

Once a cancellation or return is approved and, where required, the returned item is received or evidence of return is provided, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time and usually to the original payment method. Banking or card provider processing times are outside AR(C6) ‘s control.

7. Shipping charges

Original shipping charges may be refunded where required by law, such as where a valid statutory cancellation right has been exercised or the seller is responsible for the issue. Expedited shipping surcharges, customs duties, and third-party fees may be non-refundable unless required otherwise by law.

8. Chargebacks

Customers should contact customer support before raising a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. This does not affect any legal right to contact a card issuer or payment provider.
