As a medical doctor with years of research experience, I have seen how much strength, resilience and self-knowledge women bring to their health journeys, even when the care available to them has not always kept pace. Conditions like PCOS/PMOS affect millions of women, yet too many are told to simply cope, to wait it out, or to accept symptoms that quietly erode their confidence, comfort and sense of self. That never felt good enough to me. They deserve to be met with understanding, optimism and truly supportive solutions.

I built AR(C6) to be part of that positive change. My research background taught me to trust evidence over trends and to ask not only whether something sells, but whether it genuinely works. That is the standard behind every formula we make: grounded in science, created with care, and made for women who deserve to be heard, understood and empowered.
